RTA OPTIONS

Pre-Installed Spline Connectors
Spline connectors can be pre-installed into the panels at the factory speeding up the installation time and making it more convenient. OSB, Block, or Wood Spline connectors pre-installed and energy sealed at the factory can make the project much smoother.

Pre-Installed Window Bucks
Installing a window requires a window buck inset into the panels. One option for our RTA Assemble is to have the factory pre-install the window bucks and energy seal the inset. Another way to speed up construction installation time.

Pre-Installed Headers
Sizing headers and getting suitable material can be a hassle. This RTA option takes the hassle out of headers by having the factory pre-install them. Insulated headers may also be an option with proper engineering.

Pre-Installed Rafter Tails or Openings
This RTA option can have the rafter tails pre-installed or have the foam pocketed for field-installed rafter tails. This feature allows for stronger overhangs or could meet other design criteria.
